The movie is about the Federal officer Teddie and his new partner Chuck went to the island, which is a psychiatric prison. They went there to investigate a mentally disordered female got away from the imprisonment. But Teddie’s main purpose is to find the truth that if patients were experimented on the illegal practices. He doubts that the mentally disordered female could disappear, it is impossible to escape without help. If there are some hidden agenda?
