How to Relax at the End of a Difficult Day

It is inexistent that the life is without pressure. In other words, the pressure is a reaction to the challenges. Losing the goal or challenge, people will be bored and will not make any progress. In this modern life, everyone feels different kinds of stress. The three main causes of pressure are work, living, and personality. At work, you might be an employee, a manager, or a colleague. After work, you become a wife or a husband, parents, even someone’s friend. We would like to give consideration to both sides, therefore, we get more and more pressures.

Whenever I have pressure , I will try all available methods to relax myself. There are many method of relieve the stress, such as meditative, exercise, massage, eating…etc. The effective way is different from person to person. In my way, I usually find a friend who can share my worries, and express my feelings. The next choice is listening to the music or singing out loud. And the last one, my favorite one, is exercise.

According to a research , exercise is significantly beneficial to relieve the stress. When we are doing the exercise, our body naturally produces chemical which is called endorphins. It was discovered to improve the state of melancholy or anxiety. Doing exercise could shift the focus, and relieve the stress.
Here are three simple exercises, you can do it everywhere and anytime.
deep breathing : take deep breath for 5-10 minutes everyday,
this movement might relax your body and adjust breath.

relaxes muscles:
We can stretch our body to relax the muscles. From our toes to shoulder, try to hold each stretch for 20seconds. Stretching has many benefits. It helps circulation and relaxes our muscles, and that relaxes our mind. We can do it every night before sleep.

Swing arms:
Open both feet with the shoulder and wide, the weight is put in the middle of the body, The body is rocked back and forth naturally. Then stretch your arms forward to shoulder, and swing backward drastically. First, we might do it about 20-50 times a day, and increase the number gradually. At the most to 200 times. Besides, walk quickly everyday, even only for 15 minutes, it is a form of physical exercise.

As long as I hold the optimistic and positive attitude toward myself. Trying to sit with a peaceful mind, and to quiet down will make we think more clearly. Hoping we can find a good solution to reduce pressure.
