Doing Exercise

Exercise is very good recreation. It not only reduce our stress, but also relieve our tiredness.
For people who live in the big city, regular exercise can come to the result of losing weight. If you eat too much salt, sugar, and greasy food, it would bring the high risk of chronic diseases. However, in this day and age, people have no time to exercise.
We should work out at the gym or a park nearby after work. It is a useful way to relax myself, and the best way to stay healthy.
