Eating Habbits

Three times a day we put food into our mouths. Most people know the importance of eating a healthy combination of fruit, vegetables, grains, fish to saitsfy our nutritional needs. Poor eating habits usually lead to weight problems. People overeat at dinner to make up for a light breakfast and no lunch, or they put on weight by snacking on high calorie junk food all day. Having a good eating habbit is very important, we can cut out fattening foods, quit junk food, usually count calories and get some exercise as well.
