Meeting Presentation

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, first of all I would like to thank you all for coming to my presentation. Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Vicky, my topic today is “How to provide your customers with good service. As most of you have heard an idiom that “Customers are always right.” Actually, consumer brings business, so customer service is an important part of the business activities. First, I am going to give you an overview of our company’s sales and customers satisfaction in the last few month, then you will realize the relation between them, and what serious problems are going to happen, if we do not deal with the complaints. After my presentation, you will have some ideas about our service process.
