Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, my name is Vicky, I am so happy to be here, and I would like to share my eprence of losing weights with you. By the end of this talk, you will know about it. Can you believe that there were 72 kilograms on my body........That sounds an unbelieveable weight for a teenage girl. When I was in the college, I enjoyed eating delicious food, and also junk food, epecially pearl milk tea. I ate three times a day, besides, when I was nothing to do, I ate. Someday, I saw myself in the mirror, and I was shocked, especially by my bottom. After that, I decide to lose weight.
First, I quite all junk fook. Second, I ate a meal a day. That is really not a good way for our body, but it works. Third, I eercise everyday in my free time, such as jogging, swinnimg.....NeXt, I do not watch TV anymore, because when I was sitting in a couch in front of the television, I started to eat.
I kept doing these four points for several years, and now I return to normal, although there are still some over wieghts have to cut down. I am going to do more eXercise, and eat less. I must reach my goal before this summer vacation. Thank you for your listening.
